The final results for the York and District Road Race League have now been tallied, and YKH have had another fantastic year. Knavesmire fielded between 70 and 100 runners in each race and you all made a fantastic contribution to the series and to YKH's great team spirit , cameraderie and continued success. Results. For the last three years I’ve wanted to run this race as id heard so many positive comments about it. Unfortunately I’ve always had other plans and not been in Sheffield on the same weekend. This year however not only had I organised to visit my parents on the same weekend I was also planning on doing a 15 mile training run…perfect. Dukeries Ultra report by Kirsty Harvey. Under new management this year Dukeries offers a choice of three distances, 10, 30 or 40 miles & I chose to do the 40 - partly for the challenge but also because I'm doing a multi-day in July where the long day is 42m so I felt that this would be great practice. 50k Canalathlon – report
Report by Kirsty Harvey On a bright sunny Sunday morning (yes really) in Sowerby Bridge, gathered some hardy souls ready to do battle in the Canalathon - a 50k race along the canal towpath from Manchester to Sowerby Bridge.
