YKH Weekly Round Up – Week Ending 13th November

---Dalby Dash. Some great results and a good number of  runners from YKH at this 10k trail race held in Dalby Forest near Pickering. We had a great Knavesmire  one/two with Chris Roberts in first ,  flying around the course in 33:15 and Phil Elliot Dick second with 33:51. The course is mostly uphill to start with and the latter half being largely downhill . ---Run for All - Plusnet Yorkshire Marathon . Results A really strong showing by club members at their 'home' marathon, ably supported by plenty of non running club mates out on the course cheering them on.
