Vets 2016 begin at Honley – 26.April.

Bored of the same old 10k road races?Want a race that's more interesting than repeatedly running round and round the Knavesmire? Over-35? Well you're in luck!The Yorkshire Vets Grand Prix is a ten race series of weekend and evening races from April through to November. Races range from Whitby in the north to Holmfirth in the south, all around 10k and mostly off-road. Vets 2016

Vets 2016 Any club member aged 35 years or more is eligible to complete in this series of races held throughout the year. Team YKH has been affiliated to the Yorkshire Veterans’ Athletic Association (yvaa) for a number of years and we welcome any club member who would like to run for their club and earn our team valuable points. Vets Report- Spenborough

5 male vets   travelled across to Spenborough Athletics Track, for the final vets grand prix of 2015. As we travelled along the M62 on Remembrance Sunday we were thinking that maybe we would have to swim around the course with the amount of rain coming down! But when we got there the weather faired up and we all paid our respects to the men and women who gave their lives for us.
